Quality as a science

Quality is a science. In my perspective, its a way of life which brings a quantum improvement in the value added to customer, in the customer adaptation of the product, in delivering the intended value and in getting satisfaction from work! Yes, I mean it - it improves a team's job satisfaction levels.

In many of the teams that I have managed, the potentials offered by quality came in as a revelation! It was a revelation but later became a team culture and the culture for which there was pride in all of our hearts. It taught us how to be disciplined, what a customer is, where the companies lose money and plainly how just to be more effective in our way of life.

Quality is a world which is interesting, challenging, effective, meaningful and is the best way to go forward.
